LOW COST HOUSING
Classgrade Ltd specialises in producing Low Cost Housing, built to high specifications.
We have worked for some of Britain's top public sector agencies to deliver innovative
solutions to many
complex Urban Regeneration projects. (see Design & Planning).
SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Using cutting edge technologies, we aim to achieve high performance ratings for Energy
Efficiency. Under
'The Code for Sustainable Buildings', we have achieved ratings from
'Very Good' to 'Excellent'. Under
the new 'Code for Sustainable Homes', we have achieved
a Level 5 rating.

(ii) Working with two leading Global Hotel Operators to develop a portfolio
of Hotel projects in the UK and Eastern Europe.
